Shahin Khan, OrionX

Shahin is founding partner at, an industry analyst, market execution, and demand generation firm focused on the intersection of IoT, 5G, AI, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing. He is co-host of RadioFreeHPC, OrionX Download, and Afero podcasts; and leads the Enterprise IoT meetup group. See and for his and his colleagues' work.

He serves on the board of directors of Wizmo (SaaS) and Massively Parallel Technologies (code modernization), and is a member of the thought leadership team at CollabWorks, an early leader in understanding the impact of AI on work. He also started StartupHPC, an entrepreneurship community rooted in STEM+IT.

Shahin is a frequent speaker at industry events and has been quoted or featured in the media including The Wall Street Journal, The Economist, Wired, CNet, The Register, and others. He is a graduate of Cornell University and completed executive programs conducted by Stanford and Harvard.
