Microvolt level thermocouples and 220 VAC 10 Amp switching worked well on the same board.
This board controls the heating and camera in a rework station that replaces BGA parts on circuit boards. The temperature is controlled to a fraction of a degree while switching the 220 Volt 10 Amp heater. Voler used its skill and experience to keep the control signal from interfering with the thermocouple signal that is 100 million times smaller. The design went into volume production.
