The mission of the Stanford Cool Product Expo is to generate interest in and excitement around cool products and companies in the field of manufacturing and design at Stanford and the community at large.
An attendee walking through the expo will likely encounter budding start-ups, university research lab projects, the latest R&D from global manufacturers, the best from local design studios, and more. We invite exhibitors from a variety of industries that practice innovation by way of design, function, and/or technology.
The Cool Product Expo is free and open to everyone!

About Our Organization…
Voler Systems provides full-service R&D consulting from concept and design to production of electronic devices. Since 1979, clients have turned to us for reliable new products and test systems involving sensors and measurement electronics. Our multidisciplinary team delivers high quality products on time and on budget. We have developed hand-held equipment, web cameras, heart valve testers, RFID devices, and other specialized sensor based electronics and prototype circuits.
Sometimes it is just fun to look ahead and wonder what the future will bring. In 2011, there have been some interesting announcements that get the imagination going. 
Voler was recently approached by a large medical device company that relied on test equipment that had been designed several years earlier by a firm that was no longer available. They ask Voler for help because for the last two years the equipment would periodically fail calibration and was providing inconsistent results. They had done some root cause analysis and believed that the problem was related to a particular IC in the design. They wanted us to do a more detailed analysis, fix the problem, and verify the fix.
